New Cabinet of SOSPK Takes Over

During the meeting of Executive Council held on May 16, 2019, New Cabinet comprising of the young enthusiasts took over the reigns of SOSPK for next 3 years (2019-2021).

Prof Haroon Majid took over as President, Prof Farooq Afzal as senior vice president and Dr Haroon Ghous as general Secretary.
Prof Zafar Chowdry, Prof Abul Fazal & Prof Mahmood Ayaz among otehrs, joined the rank of the senators – (the wise men). Full list is available here

South Punjab Cancer Surgery Symposium – Bahawalpur May 1-2, 2019

SOSPK has been regularly conducting outreach programs for surgeons and postgraduates. Our members and cancer surgeons will be travelling to Bahawalpur on May 1-2, 2019 for the satellite South Punjab Cancer Symposium . Local host in Bahawalpur will be Prof Javed Iqbal Principal Qaid e Azam Medical College. Venue will be Qaide Azam Medical College.
